Hi, I’m Lydia. I'm a certified running coach, nurse, and a midwife. I didn’t grow up athletic but found running later in life and completely fell for it.
I’ve run everything from flat road marathons to long, muddy trail and mountain races, and I’ve learned that there’s no one “right” way to be a runner. What matters most is that it feels good, works with your life, and helps you feel strong in your body and mind.
I love helping others discover the joy of running and build up their endurance and strength step by step. It’s not about being fast or perfect. It’s about feeling good in your body, finding your rhythm, piece of mind, and doing something just for you.
